The Fetch ID site www.fetch-id.com ("Site") owned and operated by Nanochip ID Inc ("NANOCHIP") offers the Fetch ID Registry (”Registry”). An online, Internet search engine searchable, pet microchip ID registry for pet recovery.
NANOCHIP will not sell or rent your information. NANOCHIP will share your information with third parties for purposes related to the Registry and these third parties will only be able to use the information for purposes related to the Registry or the recovery of lost pets. Please read this Privacy Notice to understand the ways in which NANOCHIP collects, uses and discloses information NANOCHIP receives from you through the Fetch ID Site.
NANOCHIP will collect and store certain information you enter on the Site.
When you register for the Fetch ID Registry, NANOCHIP will collect your first and last names, postal and e-mail addresses, telephone number(s), and pet information that will allow us to create your account.
NANOCHIP also will collect information about your pet, such as name, microchip ID number and breed.
The Site will automatically collect information from or about your computer when you visit, such as your browser type, the time and date of your access, and your Internet Protocol address.
NANOCHIP also collects information through cookies and other technologies to help NANOCHIP keep track of your interactions with the Site. If you have provided information, such as an e-mail address or username, NANOCHIP will include a portion of this information in a cookie so that NANOCHIP can recognize you and remember your selections when you return to the Site.
NANOCHIP will use the information NANOCHIP collects to establish your Registry account, provide you with product support and answer your questions, manage and provide you with access to your account and the Site and communicate with you about your account.
NANOCHIP will not sell or rent any information (including e-mail address) NANOCHIP collects.
NANOCHIP also will disclose your information as required by law and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on NANOCHIP.
To access and update your personal or pet information, you can visit the Site (www.fetch-id.com) and login to your online Registry account. Please note that NANOCHIP will retain your contact information and information about your pet (such as microchip ID number and name) for the purposes of pet recovery and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
NANOCHIP maintains reasonable and appropriate technical, administrative and physical safeguards to protect information from loss, misuse, or alteration.
